We contact their preferred repairer to obtain quote and images of damage for their vehicle. Once received, we assign an assessor to authorise those if it's fair and reasonable. If it's authorized, assessor will send authority report to us and to the repairer, and repairs will start right after. We await for invoice once repairs are done and we ask for bank details to settle reimbursement. Case closed.
