Research POD’s with shipping companies and warehouses when needed. Mass mailings of customer statements. Research of account histories, prepare and track any subsequent credits as well as oversight and tracking of all issued credits via spreadsheet. Transfer of delinquent accounts to a collection agency. Manual deposit entry as well as electronic deposit entry and application to open invoices for two divisions of four-division Corporation with an average of $500,000.00 being processed daily.
