  Started out in the Accounting Department, then moved into Administrative Assistant position in the Aviation Services Group in 2000. Position has since diversified to include working with our aviation clients to secure funding for eligible projects through the FAA's Airport Improvement Program (AIP). In 2012, began assisting clients with preparation of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) Plans, which includes researching airport history data to obtain past information about DBE usage to establish current goals.Beyond these specific tasks, I assist Aviation Project Managers in preparation of client and subconsultant contracts and creating specification documents for construction projects going out to bid. I work with our clients and staff, as well as federal and state agencies to ensure that monies awarded under the AIP program are reimbursed to the client in the most efficient manner, being sure to include all eligible client expenses.
