About Fran Board

My background is a combination of design, strategy, sound and science. I'm passionate (and very geeky) about how science and multi-sensory design can enrich people's everyday lives.My interest in multi-sensory design began while I was studying visual design. I've gone on to study the neuroscience and psychology of sound, published research into the relationship between audio and visual aesthetic experiences, and am lucky enough to collaborate with architects and interior designers to create amazing sensory experiences the built environment at Moodsonic.
