I'm passionate about the world of growth and helping companies in their acquisition, retention, monetization and data engineering.I have led Growth projects focusing on acquisition, retention, and/or monetization for companies like Mercado Libre, Walmart, Tiendamia, and Block Inc, as well as for startups seeking accelerated growth while prioritizing various Agile Frameworks.Currently, I am the Co-Founder of Spartapp, a Profitable Growth consultancy, where we assist large companies and startups in growing with a focus on the profitability of their App or WebApp, working with metrics such as LTV, ARPU, ROAS, ROI, Gross Profit, and Payback Period.Over the past years, I have led teams as the Head of Marketing and Head of Growth in various technology and mobile application companies. In these roles, I developed and implemented growth strategies that resulted in a significant increase in user retention, acquisition, and activation. I have also worked at the intersection of marketing and technology, using MarTech and project management to ensure proper synchronization with technology departments.My journey began with a focus on Performance Marketing, and I quickly realized that my true passion was in Growth Marketing – a field that required a deeper understanding of the product, market, and, most importantly, the users.
