In Chaplain capacity, I try to meet spiritual needs of those going through crisis situations and in volunteer capacity, depending on situations, I work doing everything from mud out clean up, removing mold/mildew walls, furniture, etc, putting up walls, sawing lumber, mixing concrete, painting, and above all being available to home owners to listen or talk to them whenever they need you to stop for them. In any capacity, we are primarily there to assist the homeowner get their life back to normal as quickly as possible and in doing so show them the love of Christ by our actions, and not necessarily out words.
