Frances Davis is the Regional Vice President - Nurse Executive for the Westchester Medical Center Health Network. Ms. Davis received a Masters of Science in Health Care Management from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, New York and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the College of Mount Saint Vincent in Riverdale, New York. She is Board Certified in Critical Care Nursing and is a long-standing member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. Ms. Davis has been practicing for over 32 years, spending the majority of her career in leadership and executive roles.Ms. Davis is a fellow of the Advisory Board Company. She has made significant contributions in the areas of undergraduate nursing education through leadership, empowerment, and professional development and was a presenter at the Nursing Management Congress in 2015 and the Premier Breakthrough Conference in 2017.
