Sustainable, small-batch harvesting, no harvest the first year, no antibiotics, no synthetic chemicals, not sugar fed. Good honey. Also body care products (lip balms, healing salves, lotions), candles and beeswax melts.

Developed and teach 45-hour certificate course "Sustainable Urban Beekeeping Using Ecological Management Practices", a combination of online presentations, hands-on workshops and bee yard experience delivered in conjunction with the Centre for Urban Ecology at Humber Arboretum & Humber College.
