We customize training to suit your needs.We are knowledgeable and experienced with billing software such as PCC (Point Click Care), Matrix, Keane (especially the older unsupported versions) and offer our services during conversions from one software to another. We assist with loading balance forwards and we keep your aging from increasing during the conversion process and act as the liaison between the software company and your staff.While consulting for your company we provide reports to management on a monthly basis and offer weekly cash calls. When a specific report or analysis is needed, we will provide it within 72 hours of your request. We offer hourly rates, flat rate or percentage on all collection projects.
