I have over 15 years' experience in learning technologies, and proven expertise in diversity and inclusion, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and digital accessibility. I also have a keen interest in AI as the field evolves, particularly within the field of learning. I'm a qualified teacher, and hold PRINCE2 Foundation and CIPD Level 5 in L&D. I was also an early participant in Advance HE's leadership development initiative, Aurora. I have a background in project management, and can combine the broadest perspective of a project with a close eye for detail.
