• Accepting, reviewing and processing building and development permits to ensure conformance with the Land Use Bylaw
• Providing the primary responses for Compliance Certificate requests from lawyer and realtors on the phone and at the counter
• Reviewing, approving and issuing Compliance Certificates ensuring conformance to the Land Use Bylaw.
• Obtaining and issuing permits (deck, shed, hot tub, etc.) and encroachment agreements that may be required to ensure conformance
• Issuing and accepting payment for electrical, plumbing and gas permits
• Answering of general questions from the public
