I am a graduate of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts Specialised Chef's Scholarship based at Bournemouth College, graduating in 2014.I have previously worked at The Christchurch Harbour Hotel, The Captains Club and Lexington CateringI now own a café in Lyndhurst called The Greenwood Tree Café.I created a plant based clotted cream called Flotted Cream, which is free from all known 14 allergens and is now sold in 2 of the largest Hotels in London.
