Set up Grand Arena Youth Theatre in conjunction with the Wolverhampton Grand Theatre and Arena Theatre, with a focus on making young people aware of theatre practice outside Musical Theatre and specifically devising their own work. Responsibilities include planning and delivering weekly sessions to both junior (aged 9-14) and senior (aged 14-18) groups. These weekly sessions result in four productions annually.

This included programming, marketing, design, contracting and engagement, as well as working closely with senior members of University staff and organising two large festival launches.
