Conduct a wide variety of HR processes related to payroll, recruitment & benefits administrationBenefits Administration: eligibility tracking, enrollment, ensuring appropriate deductions are entered in payroll system, bill reconciliation, problem resolution, assist staff with benefit related issues, leave of absences, FMLA tracking, coordinate open.

 Recruit new employees through newspaper advertisements, job fairs, mailings and employee referrals Coordinate pre-placement screening, interviews and employment verifications Accurately enter timesheets into Quickbooks and create/reconcile client invoices Manage, schedule and track 100-115 employees on their daily assignments Keep employee files and.
