1. Member of the Executive Team that successfully established the organisation through the merger of 8 existing agencies.2. Successful transition of a diverse team of 50 staff and 120 volunteers through the development of a new agency culture reflecting the organisations values and mission3 Increased the directorate funding by over 50%, established new ,innovative services through the development of successful partnerships and turned around financially unsustainable programs with improved services quality and full support of service users.
