Started as a chemical blender in Great Bend, Kansas and was promoted as a Sales Rep for Southwest Kansas. I was transferred to the Russell, Kansas area as a sales rep. I was then promoted to the position of Russell District Sales Manager. I was then promoted to Shreveport, LA as a District Manager over the ArkLaTex area. This area had a great variations in both oil and gas production. We were able to improve the performance of this district which became the #1 Sales and Profit district in Petrolite Corporation Tretolite Division. I was then promoted to the position of Region Manager over all Canadian sales and operations based in Calgary Alberta Canada. We were able to create a high performance TEAM that again were leaders in sales and profit growth. We then transferred to Houston as Business Development Manager. After 2-years in Houston, I joined Champion Technologies. Champion enabled me to utilize my management skills and to incorporate the State of Art Failure Reduction Program.
