- Translating brand elements into presented in marketing plans, strategies, brand partnership - Lead creative development to encourage the target market to take action via various creative materials on social media (for engagement, notice, mechanics, cover photos, premium, announcements, giveaways, promo, K1, events, etc)- Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities in line with creatives- Initiate and supervise Photography / Video for K1 News events like Press conference, conventions, interviews, concerts.- Align the branded collaterals ( Promotional, giveaways, packaging, etc) around the brand’s direction, choices, and tactics- Conceptualize and develop assets to support the whole local PH team via social media creative assets- Provide technical advice and recommendations to the team in terms of the creative direction- Coordinate multimedia content coming from regional NAS dump and customize it to PH market- Ensure that products and services are consistent with the branding requirements and statutory/regulatory obligations- Work collaboratively with other members of the other department teams and key stakeholders to develop digital assets fo local campaigns - Develop innovative digital assets that are effective in the eyes of our target audience - Manage Creatives Team members and their projects to maintain output delivery within the agreed timeframes and provide progress reports as required by the project manager- Working closely with the project manager and other creative personnel to skillfully coordinate the desired virtual event landscape for in house live stream events, while also providing and customizing the live event creative materials- ensuring the live stream video’s seamless production process by having the familiarity with live video specifications of different popular channels and social media platforms - Making creative videos in accordance with brand guidelines for the local PH team

• Supervising the local design team to support the Philippines Team.• Coordinating with sales team in the loop with brand partners for alignment and creation of branded materials for the platform.• Designing graphic materials for the local entity. • Provides Viu branded materials to Brand Partners for sales/partnership promotions.• Designs social media materials (graphic and video) following the set branding of the company.• Manages the backend for live streams and watch parties as well as designing materials for said promotions and live streams.

• Designing website pages, website rotators, banners, sidebars, etc.• Filtering graphic materials coming from other designers according to the guides set by the Project Manager.• Filtering graphic materials coming from other designers before passing it on to the Project Manager.• Designing company logos, infographics, and other graphic materials for different companies. • Designing social media posts according to the guides set by the Project Manager.• Designs Brand Profile, Company Guides, etc. in accordance with the Business Development guide.

• Designs monthly promo, store signages, and seasonal store displays for all stores.• Edits, Re-touches and designs the Billboard Deck in accordance with the guide sent by the Creative Director.• Coordinates with the supplier for confirmation of printing and materials for each requirement.• Joins the seasonal photoshoots for Behind-the-Scenes photos.• Art directs and takes photographs of all materials for lookbooks and social media postings.• Comes up with packaging designs for BAYO products such as Perfume, IDSs, Business Cards, Paper Bags, umbrellas, etc.• Creates logos and labels according to the peg and directive.• Checks material for brand placement and consistency provided that the material came from outsource person (i.e. tie-up materials)• Creates Graphic Tees, digital patterns for tees, mock-up tees, tops, and others for graphic and logo placement guide in accordance to Merchandiser’s Guide.• Evaluates and analyzes the store display and effectiveness of campaign materials and monthly in-store Gift-with-Purchase (GWP) ads.

•Coordinates with Accounts Head for project briefing and sketches initial studies to be sent to the client in digital format.• Layouts and designs the final product for mock-up and supervisor checking prior to sending to the client.• Helps for the pre-prod of photoshoots.• Artistically arranges the set in accordance to the lighting, product highlighting mood of the shoot.• Takes the creative shots according to the shot list from the client/art director.• Takes and edits shots to be used for Packaging, Identification Cards, and InteriorSet-up of Stores/Restaurants and other Graphic Design materials
