After my master degree in management engineering, I chose to continue my studies deciding to attend a post-master degree in sport business. Following the class period, I had join Pramac Racing in MotoGP as Press Officer, taking care of team communication through institutional channels and creating press release after each GP, setting riders and team manager interview, interact with sponsor in order to give them the best visibility.Following the intern period I joined WWP-Group for 3 years taking care of bwin sponsorship activation in Italy (Serie bwin, Juventus and Internazionali di Tennis of Rome) and international (MotoGP and Euroleague).My main task were guest relation, branding monitoring, activation planner, ticketing, social media development, plan and implementation of product campaigns. I also took care of the implementation of the sponsorship contract between bwin and Juventus.During that time I was key account for the Italian market of the “Nutrilite active tour” organized by Amway in Italy. In November 2013, I re-joined Pramac as a Group Marketing Manager, with the task of promoting the company products (Energy generators and handling systems) through the naming sponsor of the MotoGP team, events, campaign and budgeting control. For Pramac Racing I had the task to find new sponsors, guest management during the GP, plan promotional events and activation.In January 2016 I moved to Leopard Racing taking care of the sponsorship and marketing activation of the different Leopard SA properties such as: Moto3, TCR/WTCR and CEV. In the last two years, I had the opportunity to increase my global knowledge in sport sponsorship and motorsport events. My main goal over the year was to create profitable activation ideas in order to increase existing sponsor’s visibility and create with them a longer partnership. I have more than 8 years of experience in the field of marketing and sport events with a specific specialization in motorsport.
