I engaged in cutting-edge research on large-scale differentially private learning. During my praktikum the focus was on exploring and benchmarking new architectures using the Jax framework, a powerful tool for high-performance machine learning research. This experience allowed me to delve into privacy-preserving techniques in the processing of sensitive medical data, ensuring that AI models could learn from vast datasets without compromising individual privacy. We worked with public and private datasets, training models from scratch.Through hands-on application and development within the Jax framework, we contributed to studying the capabilities of AI in providing insights and solutions in the medical field, showcasing the potential for innovative approaches to secure, efficient, and scalable machine learning models in healthcare.
