Fran has over 40 years of experience working in the student insurance industry. She has a unique background as she spent her early years as a plan administrator and claims adjudicator allowing her to work closely with not only the school/university administration but also the students and medical providers to seek solutions to the special needs that students have. As the industry changed, she moved into working directly with clients to assist with the design, marketing and customer service needs to help them meet the needs of their students and scholars. She has spent her past few years working closely with international student/scholars assisting them in finding the insurance coverage that best meets not only their school/university requirement but also their needs as they are involved in educational pursuits in the United States. As the child of immigrants, and with all of her extended family living in Europe and Australia she has especially enjoyed getting to know the different cultures and helping students and scholars understand the complexities of health care in the United States.
