I oversee the implementation of financial dashboards to monitor application services from requirements and concept design to third-party execution. Monitoring research, evaluation, and statistics activities carried out by ADEA consultants, I also assist my colleagues in survey design, data collections, and data reporting, leveraging my strong analytical and critical thinking skills. I manage the ERA response to internal, external, and member requests for data and related information as it relates to dental education policy.• Developed and maintain Tableau dashboards for Finance Committee to monitor ADEA’s largest revenue sources; control user access and build and schedule extracts via Tableau Bridge.• Led strategic analyses, eliminating need for outsourced analysis to save ADEA $20k annually.• Led process improvements to data analyses, especially longitudinal analyses, reducing time spent from 21-28 hours to 3-7 hours by eliminating need to analyze separate SPSS files for each survey year.
