The Summer Job is a vacation program from CESAR, where multidisciplinary teams get together to solve a challenge proposed by an sponsor company. The team was challenged to improve the process of monitoring and optimize the operation time of the TIC services infrastructure of Petrobras. The proposed solution was an engine that correlate support alarms and find its source cause, avoiding the excessive opening of tickets, making the TIC operator work safer and more efficient.
