Primary responsibilities include effective management of customer relations as well as marketing associates, while increasing client satisfaction, loyalty and retention. Other primary tasks include training of staff, generating additional sales revenue through cold calling and targeted prospecting of new customers; spearheaded mandatory productivity and business reviews; managing accounts receivables to stay within terms; developing effective sales strategies and presentations; as well as preparing, maintaining and achieving budgets while demonstrating double digit sales growth. This position also required direct contact with all of Sysco’s suppliers in order to negotiate strategic market infiltration.
