- Ensure that the work furthers both the institution’s and Title IX’s mission and strategies.- Ensure that the Board helps foster a campus environment that promotes respect, equity,healthy relationships, and healthy sexuality.- Ensure that work within the Board and its initiatives is gender informed, intersectional,trauma informed, positive focused, has a community/cultural project approach, includes avariety of stakeholders, and is survivor centric.- Ensure that the Board assesses the effectiveness of Title IX training modules, workshops,and campaigns.- Collaborate with the Title IX Office and the Office of the Dean of Students throughconsistent and open communication.- Review and assess campaigns surrounding the topic of sexual misconduct, trainingmodules, workshops, and other initiatives.- Promote policy and procedures through marketing strategies to assist with accessibilityto all campus constituencies.

- Create social programs for 50 residents to help them connect with other residents in the residence hall- Collaborate with 18 RAs by attending weekly meetings to tackle issues in the residence halls- Foster a healthy living environment in the residential halls by holding individual connections and living agreement conversations - Enforce policies on alcohol usage, noise mitigation, and bias and sexual harassment incidents by filling out incident reports and reaching out to Resident Directors and USF resources

- Oversee the adjunct professors’ office for CAS 20 faculty members by addressing technical and - logistical issues and assisting students in navigating their professors’ office hours - Prepare emails on upcoming CAS departmental events for 3,000+ students and faculty members to improve student and faculty engagement- Coordinate with the CAS Dean’s Assistants by preparing for CAS events and running errands to create fun and organized community and recognition programs- Collaborate with CAS dean’s office staff members on improving CAS faculty databases such as Banner 9 and Gnosis which includes tasks on copying, scanning, and handling confidential files

- Spearhead events with 11 other Executive Board members to foster healthy and collaborative spaces within the architecture community at the University of San Francisco- Create fun and engaging events for 50 members (both architecture and non-architecture students) like workshops for resume and LinkedIn profiles, portfolio reviews, and team bonding activities- Manage the LinkedIn page for the organization by posting about the organization's events and accomplishments

- Collaborate with individuals and organizations for graduation pictures, headshots, and events coverage by preparing Pinterest boards and brainstorming photography ideas- Remain up to date with photography trends to create impactful outcomes and to establish efficiency while working on projects- Utilize editing softwares such as Adobe photoshop and Adobe lightroom to enhance the quality of over 30+ pictures per project and sharpen knowledge on photo manipulation, rendering, retouching, and color correcting to foster new skills

- Participate in design competitions with 20 other Architecture undergrads by collaborating on meaningful and impactful projects while providing feedback on current renderings made in REVIT, AutoCAD, and SketchUP. - Utilize design strategies such as human-centered design thinking and empathetic design to create functional and inclusive spaces for community outreach activities- Research on sustainability efforts and overall design concepts to address relevant issues pertaining to our project and the architecture industry such as the housing crisis, environmental resilience, and inconsistent zoning laws.

- Implemented an organization over the pandemic that manifests a safe space for the youth by publishing information on sex education, mental health, etc. on social media- Served as a mentor for over 50 members of the organization from ages 14-20 to help them gain confidence and personal leadership styles in their advocacy work- Gave thoughts on project proposals made by the organization’s members to create an effective and efficient message to our target audience

- Collaborated with one other designer to create publication materials and infographics for Merchants Manila, a Filipino-owned distributor of Pinoy groceries based in Australia. - Utilized design softwares (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) and incorporated digital marketing strategies to promote Filipino goods in the foreign market.
