I am an alumna of Texas State University, who graduated with a B.A. in Psychology, and more recently with an M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Adler University. While completing my Master's I was introduced to the worlds of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), which was like a beacon for me, a way to combine my interests in people and organizations, along with my passion for sustainability. This facet of HR provides me with a way to utilize my knowledge, skills, and passions to help build more sustainable and environmentally-just organizations, all while connecting employee wellness to these efforts. I am working on pursuing a career that allows me to create more equitable and sustainable organizations through GHRM and CSR efforts.
