Responsible for project management and technical delivery to create new chemical engineering products within a multifunctional team including customers, sales, and operations. Accountable for ensuring projects run to schedule, budget, and are delivered in line with the needs of the business.

I formed my chemistry skills as part of a team developing award-winning and patent-pending products for wind, marine and industrial applications. Focused on improving both product performance and chemical regulatory compliance. In addition to new product development, I took an active role in supply-chain cost reduction qualification activities and supported operational teams with scale-up, quality and problem-solving activities. With an interest in safety and sustainability, I was responsible for safety datasheet authoring and internal auditing. I developed my knowledge of composite fabrication and led the implementation of and training on new laboratory equipment including a transmitted light microscope.

In this role I was responsible for manufacturing and testing developmental epoxy systems ensuring standards of quality and safety were met, then collating data and presenting appropriately in technical documentation. I took on additional tasks surrounding REACH/CLP including management of supplier safety datasheets and application of polymer exemption criteria from legislation.
