Low. Medium and High Voltage Transformer PM’s. Setup generators for plant temporary power. PM and inspect low, medium and high voltage breakers and DCS systems, troubleshoot, program and install VFD equipment, 4,160, 6.9kv, 13.8kv and 34.5kv distribution equipment and transformers, 480, 277, 2300 & 4160 vac 3 phase motor control centers. Performed emergency repair calls during plant operations and during the shutdown. Perform PM on 13.8kv G&W switch gear. Setup, install and reconfigure motor control center equipment for DCS/PLC operations. Troubleshoot, repair and PM high voltage infrastructure for turbine operations. Test and repair ESP air scrubbers, load out samplers, conveyor systems and controls. Make repairs to all plant lighting and control systems. Update drawings to reflect current as built conditions. Operate associated heavy equipment to perform required tasks including man lifts to 120 feet, cable tugger, OCAL and Rigid pipe fabrication. Installation of feeders up to 750kcmil and associated terminations. Rebuild GE Magne-Blast, ITE, Allis-Chalmer, ABB, Siemens, Cutler Hammer and Westinghouse MV and HV breakers and cubicals. Maintain OCB and SF6 HV breakers.

Performed general electrical repairs and installations, installed electrical service panels and performed general troubleshooting, large and small electronic instrument repair, network and system diagnostics, installation, design and repairs. Worked on Wind Farm client performing general labor tasks and site preparation for Wind Turbines. Mechanical Completion, Erection Crew, Rotor Build, Facility Maintenance, Electrical Superintendent overseeing VLF testing, SCADA network, Collector circuits, Red line drawings for AS-Builds, supervised contractor projects, trouble shoot and make necessary repairs to fiber optic circuits and feeder circuits, make wiring changes and re-works to complete needed system changes in sub-station control houses and systems. Work on 230Kv T-line and ring bus configurations and installation, work on and operate 34.5Kv systems, correct and test all low voltage systems and switch gears. Installation of Siemens Gas operated breaker systems including interface to control house. Installation of Wave Traps, CT's, GCT's, CCVT, PT and related components. Installation of 985, 1590 and 1875 cables from main T-Line to bus. Installation and terminations of T-Line over a 75 and 25 mile distribution system. Repair of Corona rings and Insulators on T-line. Repair and installation of 230Kv and 34.5 ring bus, air switches, arc horns and related corona components. Installation and trouble shoot related items on 230Kv cap bank, Siemens control systems and grounding. Installation, troubleshoot and commission 34.5Kv and 230kv cap banks and related switching and controls. Read and follow related Blue Prints for line. sag and terminations. Set foundations for PT’s and CCVT and Wave Traps. Install control system cabling for control house systems and Priolec Station transformers. Identify line slap and arc issues during outages. Work with GE and Siemens engineers to install related SEL and GE controls and protection systems.
