Currently on a multi-year project with Accenture, I am the Change Management Lead focusing on a global Salesforce.com CRM deployment. On the OTC Derivatives team at Bank of America, I was responsible for monitoring daily counterparty exposure related to Bank of America Derivatives. I regularly engaged in dispute remediation with institutional clients until successful resolution.While at Bank of America, I noticed inefficiencies related to training procedures of new hires. With permission, I created an on-boarding guide for new analysts, aiming to achieve a more efficient transition for other employees.

At SBNG, a small networking startup company, I helped run 5 networking expos and obtain company sponsorship. I was able to create a client and sponsor database of over 85 companies. Alongside the CEO, I created and implemented a 2013 marketing plan that included details on social media, sponsorship and recruitment. I was charged with cold calling sponsors, and submitting all press releases.

As Event Assistant, I aided planners with sales pitches at Wedding Expos, consulted with clients and maintained social media.
