- Develop a yearly strategic plan outlining tournament services goals and objectives, hospitality and sponsorship program, volunteer recruitment and implementation, special events execution, player and caddie experience, vendor timelines, all to ensure cost-effective execution- Help lead communication with tournament staff, PGA TOUR staff, partners, agencies, and vendors by serving as the central point of contact- Manage budget for tournament services areas, as well as financial process, purchase orders and expense allocation- Responsible for client services including contract review, client communication, hospitality and sponsorship activation (venue design, food & beverage, branding, etc.), credential fulfillment and special event coordination- Assist in overseeing all tournament hospitality, in conjunction with the Operations team, including vendor procurement and management, set-up, maintenance and break-down- Manage player and caddie experience including player housing and transportation- Support execution of tournament-related events for pre-tournament, tournament week and post-tournament, including Am-Am, Honorary Observers, Corporate Hospitality Day, Volunteer & Charitable Events, as well as any other special functions developed by the tournament team, internal PGA TOUR staff or sponsors- Oversee all tournament orders including apparel, gifting, awards and supplies- Organize Tournament Services related creative projects with Tournament Services team and Tournament Marketing- Develop innovative ideas for fan enhancements, hospitality products, sponsorship categories and overall tournament- Travel to and support other Championship Management tournaments to assist with pro-am, housing, transportation, hospitality, special events and honorary observer program

• Serviced over 160 tourist generating sporting events in Palm Beach County through event management planning and operations, such as assistance with hotel accommodations, location of appropriate facilities, solicitation of equipment rentals, service providers, and other logistical items as needed• Managed and solicited items for the Lou Groza Award Auction generating over $10,000 in revenue• Served as a tournament director for the Holiday Basketball Classic of the Palm Beaches - a 32-team high school basketball tournament• Served a major role in promoting and executing Kids Fitness Festival with 150+ volunteers• Worked on-site during certain Palm Beach County events that required additional event-operations support

Each event included renting a venue, ordering food, hiring/organizing security, contracting entertainment, decorating the venue, renting busses, and making sure everything ran smoothly the day of the event.
