Legal, Risk, Compliance, Project Management and People ManagementLead the Legal Team & partially manage the ESG Team, manage and supervise the legal matters of the merged or acquired companies, and evaluate all the investments locally and foreign countries.

Commercial, Legal, Contract Review, Compliance• Provide comprehensive evaluation supports to meet clients' requirements to Management Team, and increase the sales to meet the global KPI targets in the world's largest advertising media company• Engage with Trading teams including to the major three Agencies and evaluate the conditions to determine the deal structure to be presented for all new/renewal proposals with Vendors.• Analyze spending patterns to evaluate opportunities and educating teams on policies and procedures.• Provide analytical/legal/business supports to Management Team relating to key decisions such as new business/cooperation chances and strategic investments. • Deal with the legal matters such as Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), GDPR, and the infringement, and coordinate with Global General Counsel, Regional Counsel, and Global/Local affiliated law firms. • Review the contracts to ensure compliance to GroupM policies such Commercial/Trading Policies.• Ensure solid controls are in place for procure-to-pay process among Clients’ and Vendors’ contracts.

Legal, Contract Review, Insurance, Risk, Compliance, Audit, Corporate Governance, Project and External Legal Counsel Management• Draft, review and negotiate the contracts such as Sales Agreement, Maintenance Agreement, Trademark License Agreement, Professional Services Agreements (Legal/Accounting Firms), and etc.• Create the standard contract templates to meet the business models and protect Company’s benefits.• Monitor the whole company risk and routinely report CEO, Finance Director and Risk Management Committee bi-monthly and superintend the IKEA Taiwan group insurances. Furthermore, form and lead the Legal Task Force as a Sub-Committee Chairman of Risk Management Committee.• Monitor the progress of outstanding litigation and manage external lawyers. • Negotiate and resolve the disputes with suppliers/customers such as products recall via providing the legal/business opinions, and litigation such as Employment, Patent and customer claims.• Evaluate all company’s risks, provide the management decisions, compliance/improve the existing SOP of whole company to practices well or to create the Best Practice.• Set up the ERT to manage/execute the emergency response plan drill according to Group Business Continuity Plan (BCP), and report the drill results to Regional for the improvements of operations. • Keep and update the corporate data as Company Secretary to Group and implement the information according to Corporate Governance. • Assist to acquire and file the lawful licenses to establish the new store in compliance with the Corporate Governance and communicate with the Government if requesting to do so. • Specific Project Management as the Project Manager of Business Information Security Committee (BISC) for both Groups and the IKEA Taiwan, and assist the Dairy Farm Group IT Auditor to audit.• Provide contract related and negotiation training to backup office and stores colleagues.
