Direct contact with colleges, universities and high schools across the nation. Work with schools on custom or direct links to ST's loan comparison tool. Field questions, concerns, complaints from all sectors and filter to proper divisions of company. Assist in development of new products, testing, and present to schools. Actively participate in national, regional, and state wide conferences in various categories - admissions, financial aid, counseling.

Worked with all Colleges, Universities, and Community Colleges in Northern California in financial aid literacy, default prevention, student loan information, entrance/exit workshops. Member of the WASFAA Executive Council as Co-Chair of the training committee - planning the fall/spring training sessions, trained the trainers, set up meeting sites in 11 areas/states, arranged dates, and all physical set ups.

Managed a territory covering the states of California, Oregon, Nevada, Alaska, and Hawaii. Maintained a close working relationship with financial aid offices for community colleges, colleges, and universities. Oversaw loan issues between schools and headquarters, had the highest loan volume in the company. Worked closely with regional high schools, conducted numerous college financial aid nights for families. Conducted most of the colleges' entrance/exit counseling sessions on loan debt management. Attended and exhibited at national, regional, and state financial aid conferences.

Supervised 12 financial aid analysts, 35 workstudy students, and was one of 7 counselors working closely with students and families on financial aid for UC Davis. Supervised packaging of annual financial aid awards for 25,000 students, mailing out the awards, and counseled students and families on planning and paying for college. Was personally in charge of all educational abroad student packaging and international student awarding.
