Beautiful 64 bed assisted living center and independent living community owned by the Lions of Western North Carolina. As the Executive Director I ran operations with the assistance of eight highly competent, qualified department heads, including the Office Manager, Activity Director/Admission Coordinator, Maintenance Director, Food Service Supervisor, Housekeeping Director, Resident Funds Coordinator, and Wellness Director. Beyond operations, I traveled alone or with board members for public speaking engagements, marketing and fundraising.
