coordinate the services of the dually diagnosised (mentally retarded and mentally ill) individuals. Chaired annual and weekly meetings to ensure the services needed were provided to each individual. Ensure that required paperwork was in the files. Monitored the services provided by the physician, psychologist, Ot, Pt, nursing, dietitian, residential services, therapeutic recreation services etc. developed and recorded annual plans. I assisted in the development and implementation of Behavior treament plans, work plans and any type of activities plan for those individuals. Knowledge of some basic sign language, have skills in dealing with the deaf/blind community, and mental health population.
