About Frances Dowds

I have 20 years’ experience working in the public and voluntary sectors in the Northern Ireland, managing human and financial resources and delivering on projects. In my current Health & Wellbeing role (2016) I have demonstrated strong competencies in working with groups and individuals at different stages of development. Due to my wide ranging experience & community contacts I have been able to negotiate various practical supports that have helped build local capacity alongside strategic development of newly emerging community organisations.
