Frances is enthusiastic, creative, organized, detail-oriented, a self-starter, works well with others, and demonstrates excellent communication and time management skills. She can troubleshoot and manage multiple tasks, and prioritize.She thrives in positions to plan, coordinate, and implement projects, primarily for international education and cultural exchange, bicycle education and safety, event planning, and fundraising programs. Frances currently is seeking suitable families in San Francisco, Marin and southern Sonoma County for the Au Pair Exchange Program. Frances also is a passionate, US certified League Cycling Instructor since 2006, who especially enjoys teaching women, children, and seniors to be skillful, confident, and street-savvy on bikes. She also is working on promoting and coaching the e-bike technology, to enable more of the community to enjoy cycling responsibly.As a past professional chef and caterer, she can help with arranging very large events/parties. At her church and local yacht club, Frances is asked to lead fundraising/gala events, to plan and prepare the menu and to coordinate the volunteer help in the kitchen and at the event.
