About Frances Easterbrook
I am an Educationist, writer, presenter, counsellor and a huge advocate for students who learn differently. Currently, I am the Literacy Specialist at Diocesan School for Girls. I also have my own private clinic, where I work with young people; in either an educational capacity, or as a counsellor. My young clients usually have a diagnosis of Dyslexia, ADHD, Autism or require support with issues from anxiety, eating disorders through to gender dysmorphia. I have lectured in Education and Counselling, in every University in Auckland. I have worked as an Advisor for the Ministry of Education. I have written over 40 books for teachers, around learning diversity. Most of these books were written under my married name: Frances Adlam. I have also written, and had published, many books for young children. Writing is a passion of mine.
