I am currently working for Openreach as a FTTP service delivery engineer in North Manchester undertaking a wide range of jobs from OH/UG installs to fault finding as well as having a great understanding and a wide range of experience in MDU installs. Along with these everyday jobs I have a sizeable set of skills / qualifications which add to my knowledge within the network. In my current role I confidently work alongside the general public and other key members of staff to commit and deliver the best service possible. I pride myself as being a team player with great organisational, decision making and problem solving skills. I am always keen to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities within my role to help expand my knowledge and progress my career.
