I have significant experience of the commercial aspects of IP, which together with a comprehensive understanding of our client’s businesses, and of their IP rights ensures commercial maximisation of IP for our clients.Skilled in managing patent portfolios for a wide range of sizeable organisation, I have a wealth of experience in all aspects of patent acquisition and enforcement across the IP landscape in technology areas including inorganic chemistry, mechanical and electronic engineering, chemical additives for lubricants and fuels, engine components and engine control technology, machinery components, tobacco use and processing and medical devices. I am also experienced in managing all aspects of trade mark portfolios for a wide range of clients, including searching, filing and prosecution, opposition, settling disputes and negotiation of co-existence agreements.I am a registered representative at the UPC.
