One Roof is the digital membership for women in entrepreneurship, business and leadership.When Australia's leading women-focused startup space pivoted due to Covid, I was selected to lead the new digital offering, community and member base. It is a joy and privilege to work with amazing colleagues, businesswomen (and those supporting them) and new-found friends every day.

Collective Campus is an open innovation hub based in Melbourne's CBD. Its consulting arm helps companies adopt the mindset, methodologies and tools to successfully explore new business models and disruptive innovation. Collective Campus offers innovation consulting, idea management, hackathons, corporate incubation and training in topics such as disruptive innovation theory, the lean startup, design thinking, data science, agile project management and customer experience design. The Campus aim to empower organisations and entrepreneurs to better identify, harness and commercialise disruptive innovation.

Lemonade Stand is a children's entrepreneurship program for 9-12 year olds that teaches them the fundamentals of design thinking, the lean startup philosophy, coding and developing augmented realities. The program has been rolled out across Australia and Singapore.With up to 60% of today’s jobs subject to being replaced in the next 10 to 15 years, kids can’t afford not to learn entrepreneurial thinking. We are fast moving away from the industrial age and find ourselves in the information age - what employers value most is adaptability, critical thinking and the ability to effectively leverage information, technology and people to solve problems and create new value in the world.Lemonade Stand has been delivered to almost 1,000 children and has appeared on mainstream media outlets such as ABC TV, Weekend Sunrise, The Age and Sydney Morning Herald among others.

‘Carpets for Communities’ is a not-for-profit social enterprise focusing on developing sustainable solutions to end poverty.The organisation empowers mothers in the Poi Pet Commune of Cambodia on the Thailand border, to produce eco-friendly fair-trade products which sell globally.Their mission is to offer immediate intervention through social enterprise to give at-risk children an education and break the cycle of poverty.
