As a Director and Independent Consultant, I help financial institutions navigate risk and regulatory complexity through effective operational and enterprise risk management. Originally trained as a CPA I have over 25 years of experience in design and hands-on implementation of enterprise and operational risk frameworks for international investment banks.My core competencies include risk framework design and implementation, governance, risk identification and assessment, key risk indicator development, control remediation and quality assurance, independent testing and auditing, and regulatory response and operationalization. I have successfully delivered multiple consulting engagements for major clients such as Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo. Prior to establishing my consulting practice, I was the Head of Third Party Risk Management for BNP Paribas CIB Americas. My mission is to strengthen the risk culture and operations of financial institutions and enable them to achieve their strategic objectives.
