I am Frances Hart, Author of book, Where is Peace? I am Director of Frances Hart Foundation a non profit charity which provides food, clothing, and monetary funds to the needy.I was employed for many years as an elementary school teacher and is now retired, but continues to teach part-time.I graduated from California State University, Los Angeles, with a BA in Anthropology; National University with an MA in Education; and Pacific Oaks College with a Multiple Subject Credential.I believe everyone is entitled to a happy and wholesome life.
