For this stretch project I have been acting as an Assistant Product Manager, and was able to dive into the everyday tasks of an APLM and I look forward to continuing learning about product and how it shows up in the market.• Helped build FW19 and SS20 Regular Track Team issue brief.• Managed CR1 and CR2 change document presented it to the merchandisers.• Presented SS20 CR1 samples to the Thread Creative Team for catalog copy.• Take monthly SMU briefs from the North America Merchandising team and input them to our cross functional line plan.• Manage MP with new article and model creation, carryover models and articles, article release, input hang tags and ILA labels, sample orders and features/benefits.• Built inline and SMU boards in DMT and triggered articles to sample ready.• Help select fabric for special projects, late adds and Team Issue.

• Provide administrative support to the training BU Senior Director by managing their calendar, booking travel, submitting and managing expense reports, managing their emails, building decks, brainstorming direction and focus of the category.• Organize trips and prepare high level agenda for Senior Leadership workshops.• Manage creation center Portland product marketing team through office organization, offsites, and sample management.• Handle highly confidential information with ease and understand the importance of this part of the role.• Help drive projects from start to finish from an operations perspective. I keep information flowing to all players and help ensure projects are tracking on time according to milestone calendars.• Managed a two-day North America Merchandising Team photo shoot for sales launch. During this project I put looks together for the models, dressed the models, helped direct what product needed to be focused on during the shoot and helped put the look book together.

• Responsibilities included managing studio staff, budget, ordering studio supplies, and building the studio client base to highlight a superior product and elevated customer experience.• Completed weekly trend analysis of product performance, market research of direct competitors, and client surveys to maintain industry leading products.• Worked with the executive team daily to ensure studio was running efficiently.• Extremely client facing role, I was the main face/contact of the studio for all clients, making some amazing connections.

• Provided administrative support to entire staff at the wellness center.• Made sure all client files were up to date and organized for easy access for all physical therapists on site. • Worked closely with therapists to make sure that follow up appointments, and recovery plan was in place for each patient.• Managed day to day operations of facility to make sure the space was welcoming, and comfortable for all staff using the facility.
