About Frances Kirby

International development professional with a strong background in finance and micro-finance, education and training. With two year's NGO experience in Timor-Leste working in livelihood activities, I am skilled in identifying avenues to maximise social, economic, and environmental impact for individuals and communities through targeted interventions. I finished a Master degree in October 2019 in International Development bringing my theoretical and practical knowledge in line with current best practices.
