I worked with the entire organisation in ongoing learning of topical themes such as gender, child’s rights and environmental awareness, and practical technical skills such as advanced business topics, data collection, donor reporting skills, and soft skills such as problem solving and team building. Workplace achievements:• Led a Supply Chain Analysis on fishers and aquaculture across three districts, covering desk and field research, market and data analysis. Report deliverable to INGO WorldFish and the Ministry.• Set up electronic data collection mechanisms for monitoring and evaluation activities using Kobo Toolbox, trained staff on running new surveys and generating reports.
