The complexity of this campaign was recognised both at a national and international level, with LGIS winning the National iAwards and the Asia Pacific ICT Awards in the category of ‘Sustainability and Green IT’ in 2012. Project management of corporate website redesign and development for LGIS in line with revised brand strategy.Management of CSHS Logistics, Stakeholder, Marketing and IT teams, which included conducting regular monitoring meetings, defining roles and responsibilities and prioritising workloads. This also involved the management of an internal workflow system to ensure visibility of task progression. Overseeing cross functional CSHS activities such as telesales and other outbound call programs to ensure smooth running and effective communication between all teams as well as the documentation of and adherence to defined processes. Creation of a comprehensive presentation detailing the development of the ClimateSmart Home Service and the strategies that enabled it to achieve an international Tools of Change Landmark Award for industry best practice. This presentation and the associated webinar were rated ‘Highly Valuable’ by the participants and have since been distributed internationally. -
