Provide support to the senior managing director of the firm by conducting research, preparing and maintaining statistical reports, handling information requests, and involved with the development of various marketing campaigns to increase client satisfaction and traffic. In addition to managing the director’s operations, achievements include successfully assisting the marketing department with various tasks such as collateral development, lead generation program, product development and service programs. • Responsible for maintaining the marketing department’s P&L report to ensure all expenses and profits are reconciled. • Collaborate with leasing, sales and marketing department to develop CRM strategy to expand our client outreach to increase profitability to our investors.

Prepare legal notices for serving upon respondents, file documentations with the courthouse, and support court proceedings regarding civil litigation cases. Consult with clients on legal case status, make recommendations on proceedings, and generate weekly status reports on active cases, stipulation agreements, trials, depositions, and deadlines for discovery documentations. Obtain nonmilitary affidavits to facilitate eviction proceedings and submit warrant requisitions to courthouse for issuance. Plan, coordinate, and facilitate arrangements between clients and City Marshal to execute an eviction and obtain legal possession of subject apartments.• Assisted staff of 7 attorneys with broad range of duties and responsibilities that encompassed detailed documentations preparations and court filings, acquiring building registrations, and certified rent records from DHCR for court trials.• Managed multiple legal cases at once and met all project timelines and objectives.• Interface with property mgrs and assistants to track rental arrears and proceed accordingly with issuance of preliminary notice
