After many years of being fascinated with all things real-estate, I have finally taken the next step and I’m now a licensed Realtor in the State of Idaho! I’m sure that my personal experience with buying and selling property in Idaho, plus a few things I’ve learned in life along the way, and in my previous careers, will ensure that I can offer an outstanding service in any real estate transaction.Let me explain what I mean and how I got here….I was born, raised and educated in England, and studied engineering at the University of Leeds. My husband and I relocated to the USA in 1999 – initially to Upstate New York, and then to Boise in 2002. During my 28 year career as an engineer in the semiconductor industry, I worked for many companies and in many countries around the world. Working in the high-tech industry gave me a love of crunching, analyzing and making sense of numbers. Also, I learned the extreme value of paying meticulous attention to detail in all that I do - I enjoy reading and understanding the small print and working to tight deadlines!International relocation and the experience of living in many different cultures around the World has given me an appreciation of what it really means to feel as though you’re “home” - as though you belong – as well as personally understanding the upheaval involved in actually moving your home from one place to another!In 2013, I decided to devote more time to my family, and became a full-time Mom and Household Manager - not to mention soccer coach and HIIRT (high-intensity interval and resistance training) boot camp instructor! The last 6 years have taught me many new skills, including empathy, patience, understanding and the value of truly listening.I love living in beautiful Boise, Idaho, and genuinely appreciate all it has to offer: from the bustling downtown core and vibrant arts scene to the beautiful parks and easy access to trails for hiking and biking.
