And then accompany them towards that ambition or as they navigate change and challenges.This approach works with individuals and with groups. Group coaching on topics such as leadership and customer-focused culture change facilitates learning in the moment and over time, building connections that foster shared learning and mutual support to put learning into action.Since 2011 I have worked in both the private and public sector – higher education, human rights, the arts, a mental health charity and financial services to name a few.I have a background in customer service operational management, with 27 years in financial services, and over 20 years in senior roles with responsibility for leadership development and organisational change.As a result my work with people is based on real-world experience and insight. Theories, models, tools can provide context, structure, insight… how to use them in the real world is what’s most useful.
