Good Day!My name is Frances Moya, coming from my educational background. I graduated BS in Psychology From Adamson University. Currently, I am looking for permanent work from home. I had three years of experience in the BPO industry which helped me improve my verbal and written communication skills. I do have phone, chat, and email experience in providing service to the customer. I was a former Customer Care Associate at my first employer, a Healthcare account in the US. I was a technical support representative for years and was promoted to Complaint Manager (TSR II) for an Australian Client, Telstra Telecommunication. Some accounts that I have handled were Financial and Foxtel. Also, I have 1 year of experience as an HR consultant, and we assist employees of Suncorp in Australia. My daily tasks as an HR consultant were resolving case queries, taking inbound calls, and doing outbound calls. I was the one to process the employees' job data, and pay slip interpretation, check their Work Schedule, assist them with changes to their business, etc. Also, my latest role was as a Virtual Assistant (Social Media Management) It was a part-time job and I have been doing it for a year, and my daily tasks were to check my client’s Social Media Accounts, posting, and manage.
