In-house support for the travelling account executives and the office based point of contact for key clients. Collating information required and leading/co-leading the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential customers. Researching potential & existing clients. Making initial contact into new customers. Producing documents to send/take to new & existing customers. Assisting in the production of customer engagement plans for key accounts. Supporting the UK team in a full spectrum of administrative duties from travel booking and event management including sourcing, negotiating and liaising with suppliers. Major Achievements:During my time at INC (formally Kendle) I have forged good relationships with internal and external customers/suppliers throughout the organisation but particularly at management/director level, impressing my peers as I developed my career from Sales Support Specialist to Business Development Manager.

The work was mainly focused on running the HR & facilities for the company but included a small amount of PA work for the MD. During my time at SEAMS I set up appraisal systems, training plans, recruitment plans, gained the IIP standard and managed the training budget. I also managed the facilities and administrative functions for the company which included people management, setting up new procedures and resourcing suppliers for office products and training providers. Major Achievements:Gaining the Investors in People standard in August 2005. The work I carried out in performance management, training and development and internal communications were key factors in achieving the standard. Maintained ISO9000 standard during my tenure and was a key player in setting up the business continuity plan for the company.

Work includes, day to day management of personnel, processing of appointments, keeping employee records and other administrative tasks, client correspondence. During this time I also worked for the Institute for Independent Business EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa part of the Gateways group).Major Achievements:Creating a dedicated and open office environment. Co-ordinating between different countries administrative teams. Increasing efficiency of procedures to cut down the workload and learning and succeeding in the management of a tele-sales team.
