I have worked in various organizations with a lot of experience that has to do with customer’s demand and supply of goods and services. First as a Textile manager in a textile company for 2years.Currently working in an aviation industry and with an airline as a Customer Service Executive with over 4years experience and it has been such an experience for me . Where you face passengers and have one on one interactions with them concerning unresolved issues that needs to be attended to . I have good digital skills, communicating skills, writing skills and language skills and I am willing to learn more to better my knowledge. The ability to work wherever I am posted to is a plus for me . I have gotten a few customer service trainings and hopefully I am the best at what I do .
